What is an onboarded AI?
An AI that has been set up the way you'd set up a new staff member. It's given your business information (brand, products, policies, history) and access to the tools you use, so it can complete real tasks for your business rather than answer general questions.
Who are the experts?
The Cyberry team. We decide what gets built, direct the AI, check the work and look after it afterwards. You deal with people, not a chatbot.
What's the difference between a build and the Workspace?
With a website, kiosk or bespoke software build, we use cAIdence to make something for you, then host and maintain it. With cAIdence Workspace, you get access to your own onboarded AI to use in your business every day.
What's included in the monthly fee for a website or kiosk?
Hosting, security and upkeep, plus content updates: weekly batch updates for websites, or two scheduled refreshes a year for kiosks. New features or redesigns are quoted separately, so the monthly stays predictable.
