Bespoke software development
Custom web apps, internal tools, dashboards and customer-facing systems designed around your processes — built to be reliable, scalable and easy to maintain.
What we do
We design and build practical, stable systems that fit the way your business actually runs — so your team works more efficiently and spends less time on manual admin. Then we stay on as your partner to keep them sharp and growing.
Custom web apps, internal tools, dashboards and customer-facing systems designed around your processes — built to be reliable, scalable and easy to maintain.
Remove the manual, repetitive work — data entry, handoffs, reporting and reconciliation — so your team spends time on the work that matters.
Practical AI where it earns its place — smart assistants, document and data processing, classification and decision support that speeds things up and cuts errors.
Connect the tools you already use so data flows automatically — no more double-entry, no more spreadsheets holding the business together.
An ongoing retainer that keeps your systems stable, secure and up to date — with a direct line to the people who built them.
Keep improving after launch — new features, new integrations and continual refinement as your business grows and changes.
We deliver the initial system as a planned, scoped project — clear on direction, timeline and cost. After launch, you choose how we keep working together.
Discovery, scope and build — delivered to a working launch.
Maintenance or active development, priced to suit how you work.

A whole charity golf day on a screen — the run of day, the club's own course map with all 18 holes tappable, team search, a tee-shot tracker for the three-drives-each rule, 19 hole sponsors and the cause. Built twice from one codebase: a portrait touch kiosk in the clubhouse, and an installable phone app players scan from the kiosk and take onto the course. Both keep working with the wifi off.

Twenty-five honour boards — 75 years of champions — rebuilt from the club's ageing WordPress site into a touch kiosk, browsable by club section with the full club history, and skinned to match the new website.
Explore the kiosk
Eleven physical boards digitised into structured data and rebuilt as a touch/TV kiosk — championships, club executive, life members, find-a-name search, photo gallery and a screensaver that rotates club promotions, branded to the website we built.
Explore the kiosk
A dual-purpose kiosk for the club floor — bowls champions, calendar and results on one side, Pottsville RSL Sub-Branch services and contact on the other, with seasonal honour-roll updates included in the plan.
Explore the kiosk
The fishing club's honour board digitised — every season since 1999 across six champion categories, with a full-board view and an auto-cycling spotlight mode made for the big screen behind the bar.

Both. We build bespoke systems where you need something that fits your workflow exactly, and integrate or extend existing platforms where that's the smarter, faster path. The goal is the right result for your business, not technology for its own sake.
For our most common builds — club & community websites and touch-screen kiosks — we publish a fixed starting price with hosting, updates and support bundled into a simple monthly fee. Larger bespoke systems are delivered as a planned, scoped project, then an ongoing fee: either a maintenance retainer or active ongoing development.
Yes. Alongside bespoke software we build custom websites (from $3,300, plus $154/mo for hosting, weekly batch updates and basic maintenance) and touch-screen kiosks like digital honour boards (from $2,800, plus $59/mo for hosting and two content refreshes a year). You can see live examples in the pricing section above.
Hosting, security and the upkeep that keeps your site or kiosk running — plus a set amount of content updates: weekly batch updates for websites, or two scheduled refreshes a year for kiosks. One-off changes outside that, new features or redesigns are quoted separately so the monthly stays predictable.
We use AI only where it genuinely helps — automating repetitive decisions, speeding up processes and reducing errors. We won't add AI for the sake of it.
Yes. We build practical, maintainable systems and are clear about ownership from the start, so the software works for your business long term.
Yes — when it's applied to the right tasks. We use AI and automation to remove repetitive admin, speed up processing and cut errors, so your team spends less time on busywork and more on customers. We only add it where it earns real, measurable time savings.
It depends on scope, but we start every engagement with a planned, fixed-direction build so you know the cost up front — then a simple monthly fee for maintenance or ongoing development. The aim is a system that pays for itself in time saved.
