Lachlan is a software leader, systems architect and co-founder of Cyberry, where he helps businesses simplify fragmented technology and build more reliable digital systems. With experience as Lead Developer at a major travel booking platform, Lachlan brings a strong background in software development, system design and technical problem-solving.

His work focuses on building practical, stable and scalable technology for hospitality venues, clubs and service-based organisations — combining technical depth with a clear understanding of operational needs, and turning complex requirements into systems that are easier to manage, maintain and grow.

Julian PennisiCo-founder · Business & Project Director

Julian is an experienced business manager, project manager and co-founder of Cyberry — a company built around solving fragmented technology, marketing and operational challenges. With extensive experience in hospitality management across registered clubs and community venues, Julian has a strong understanding of the operational pressures service-based organisations face.

His background spans business operations, project delivery, technology, marketing and creative production, including earlier work in film and television as a producer and technical creative. This mix of commercial, operational and creative experience gives Julian a practical approach to helping organisations improve systems, manage projects, communicate clearly and deliver better outcomes.
